* Please note: You will need to provide some support for structure (depending on your venue) such as command strips, wire, etc to hold the balloon garland in place or to hold shape. Air filled latex balloons can last for days but we suggest filling as close to the event ass possible.

A soft modulus and proper moisture allows a generous elongation that together with a good tensile strength reduces strong friction. This provides maximum comfort for long decorating events and artists.
